Botkeeper is seeking a resourceful and driven Executive Assistant who is eager to contribute to our fast-paced sales department. Reporting directly to the CRO, the EA is responsible for streamlining a wide variety of administrative and logistical tasks. Expect invaluable exposure to the ins and outs of a rapidly-growing SaaS organization while collaborating with a team of sharp and passionate professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the CRO's daily schedule, handle appointments, book travel, and oversee day-to-day operations
• Plan and manage meetings and attendees, including pre-meeting materials and briefing information, logistics, and meeting follow-ups
• Interface in a friendly, professional manner with both internal and external stakeholders of all levels
• Oversee special projects
• Exhibit a strong proficiency in phone and email etiquette

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Previous experience managing schedules as an EA
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
• Excellent editorial and research skills, including strong grammar, copy-editing, proof-reading, and writing expertise
• Outstanding organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adapt to fluctuating circumstances
