bright net north / Farmers Mutual Telephone Company is seeking a fulltime Customer Service/Accounting Clerk in our Okolona office. The individual will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, entering service orders, handling requests and providing support as needed in a timely, professional and courteous manner. The individual must be detailed oriented, have strong Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and accounting skills. Ability to speak, read, writes and communicates effectively and works without supervision. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering phone
• Processing billing
• Processing customer orders for new service
• Imputing of 911 services
• Handling payments
• Quickbooks - entering accounts payable, accounts receivables, bank reconcillation
• Submitting reports to FCC
• All aspects of the billing program
• Will assist with marketing to new customers
