    JOB PURPOSE

    The Polarion System Administrator will work in collaboration with the enterprise architect and the business stakeholders to define the requirements management strategy and will be responsible for the enablement of that strategy in Polarion.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work in collaboration with the enterprise architect and the business stakeholders to define the requirements management processes
    • Configure and manage the Polarion environments, including dashboards, licensing, etc.
    • Document procedures and training material
    • Work with Siemens to understand the Polarion roadmap and new enhancements to continuously improve and optimize processes and procedures
    • Polarion L1 support

    EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
    • 5+years of full-time experience with Polarion
    • Experience in service role interacting with internal customers
    • Strong knowledge of requirement management in automotive industry is a plus
    • Strong knowledge of information systems and support best practices
