    JOB PURPOSE:

    The purpose of this job will be to drive key elements of the Go-To-Market Strategy, explicitly for the commercial side of the business. The main areas of focus will be around Growth and assisting in the planning, directing, and coordination of policy formation, partnership acquisition, and strategic planning for Member and User acquisition. Additionally, the managing of daily operations, including that of personnel, purchasing, administration and other supporting functions for in-market operations will also be needed. The job will consist of cross-functional teamwork between Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Mobility and Marketing for additional strategy development and execution. Success will be driven by achieving key milestones for the aforementioned subject matter, and successful vehicle entry into U.S. Launch Markets.

    The role fits within the Growth Team with focuses on the commercial and Go-to-Market elements of the business, with supporting cross-functional work within Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Mobility and Marketing.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist in Completion of Go-to-Market Strategy for 4 Vehicle Programs for U.S. Launch Markets
    • Complete In-Market Operations Strategy for 4 Vehicle Programs
    • Complete In-Market Operations Program Plan for 4 Vehicle Programs
    • Complete Member/User Acquisition Strategy/Standards Program for 4 Vehicle Programs
    • Complete Development of Member/Acquisition Systems for 4 Vehicle Programs
    • Secure Necessary Partnerships to Support In-Marker Operations of 4 Vehicle Programs
    • Complete In-Market/Inside Sales Strategy and Rollout for 4 Vehicle Programs
    • Assist in Development of Financial Modeling, Sales Forecasting, and Volume Planning for 4 Vehicle Programs
    • Assist in Creation of Brand/Product Desirability Through Acquisition of Pre-Orders / Subscribers

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree / M.B.A. Preferred with Areas of Study Focused on Accounting, Business Strategy / Development, Finance and Management
    • Relevant Commercial Experience in the Automotive and/or other relevant Technology Sector(s), multiple Preferred, with a Minimum of 5 Years of Supporting Work
    • Relevant Experience with a Focus on Go-To-Market and Business Strategy along with all of its Supporting Elements
    • Proven Track Record of Successful Product Launches and User Acquisition in the Aforementioned Industries
    • Relevant Experience with Developing and Implementing a CRM Platform and Supporting Digital Infrastructure (Additional App/Web Experience Preferred)
    • Successful Experience Managing a Team and Demonstrating a Successful Ability to Manage All Aspects of Leadership
    • Extensive Network of Commercial Partners, Vendors, Firms and Agencies
    • Proven Track Record of Exceeding Revenue and CSAT (90%+) Targets
