JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an experienced product engineer that has led the development of a class II or larger commercial vehicle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Should have developed major vehicle systems like body or chassis for a class II or higher commercial vehicle.
• Have in-depth knowledge of automotive product development, including creating requirements, DVPs, DFMEA, GD&T, component and vehicle testing, and other fundamental system engineering principles
• Has demonstrated the ability to get projects complete from ideation to sourcing to product launches
• Ability to navigate the complexities of a startup and deliver projects on time, at cost, and at quality standards that are expected in the automotive space.
• Knowledge of the automotive electrical architecture is a plus

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years in the automotive product development and or technology industry
• Startup experience is a plus
• Proven thinker
• Have a fearless can-do attitude!
• Be willing to challenge and be challenged to drive innovation
