We're looking for Thermal and HVAC Controls Engineers with thermal systems and full vehicle level experience to join a dynamic, Southern California start-up company.

KEY BACKGROUNDS OF INTEREST ARE:

• Development of HVAC and Cooling Control Algorithms for passenger vehicles (EV experience preferred)
• Algorithm concept development and implementation
• Extensive experience with controls development using Matlab and Simulink
• Experience with automotive communication protocols and deciding which is best for the application and how to efficiently implement
• Experience in hybrid/electric vehicle thermal systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in CS, engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in the automotive product development and or technology industry. Startup experience is a plus. 
• Proven thinker
• Have a fearless can-do attitude!
• Be willing to challenge and be challenged to drive innovation
