Job Summary: care.ai is seeking a Healthcare Solution Architect - Cloud Solutions to be a technical enablement leader working with our Customer Success and Sales teams to build capacity and capability in support and enablement of care.ai's IDA Platform for healthcare enterprise customers. Duties and Responsibilities * Develop and maintain your deep technical expertise in care.ai's IDA platform, Sensors, and use-cases * Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success teams ensuring that the product truth is grounded in technical excellence, continuously identifying opportunities to help meet/exceed the scale, performance, security, reliability, and operational efficiency goals for our customers. * Gathers customer insights (e.g., technical requirements, feedback around technical preferences, environments, and business needs), and maps and documents architecture solutions for better business outcomes. Adapts business models, plans, and solutions to insights. * Leverages and champions an existing architecture approach to achieve care.ai's commitments to the customer. * Help lead projects that implement technical architecture(s). * Provides thought leadership for technical architecture design, development, and deployment and supports the customer-facing team throughout pre-sales and/or implementation. * Identifies, escalates and works to resolve technical blockers (e.g., changing configurations, staging integrations) to accelerate architecture implementations. Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting o OR equivalent experience. * 2+ years of experience working either within Healthcare (Hospital, Lab, Clinical, Research, Health Systems, Providers) or Consulting/Service providers supporting healthcare related customers. Additional or Preferred Qualifications • Technical sales experience. * Project management experience. * Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., AWS or GCP). * Leading highly available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments. * Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (e.g. CICD, Terraform, Ansible) * Strong practical Linux based systems administration skills. * Experience managing data center operations, including data assurance, monitoring, alerting, and notifications.
