    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team.     Key Responsibilities:

    - Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive and respectful relationship.
    - Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are respected.
    - Help with housekeeping tasks, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
    - Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals to meet the specific needs of each patient.
    - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care.
    - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in patient care.

    Qualifications:
    - High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a PCA/CNA training program preferred.
    - Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in [Insert State] or a PCA if applicable.
    - Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
