Job Description
This position will provide comprehensive coordination supporting our clients in process and new vehicle launch engineering change management activities. The L/C Coordinator leads the process team to ensure when a change is implemented parts/information is available on time, every time. This is a key position in the plant and requires a high standard of excellence, attention to detail and an inquisitive approach. You are the main point of contact for Change communication, ensuring all stakeholders are aware and prepared for the implementation.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Direct and coordinate all activities within the production plant of our client related to the implementation of engineering changes
Positive mix of office/hands-on presence in manufacturing
Responsibility for BOM Quality Management
May include new model introductions, package updates and/or series running changes
Steering projects and cross-functional teams
Evaluate engineering releases and deviations
Provide guidance and training to process partners on the launch and change management systems and processes
Identify and implement improvements of the engineering change process of our client
