    Job Description

    The Customer Service Administrator (CSA) serves as a primary internal representative of California Industrial Fabrics (ciFabrics) in providing information of products  and services to current and potential customers.  The CSA is also responsible for administrative type duties to assist CEO in daily operations and support/lead the department.  This role will be responsible for customer service, processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    • Position requires a HS Diploma or AA Degree which is preferred. 

    • Must have at least 5 years of previous customer service experience, industry experience a plus (industrial fabric manufacturing for construction and fencing) and minimum of 1 year administrative/lead support.

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficient in the Spanish language a definite plus.  To be successful, this person will have exceptional trouble shooting and resolution skill, as well as attention to detail.
