    Job Description

    As a Sales Development Representative at cieTrade, you’ll help drive our future growth engine working with our Account Executives and SMEs to build our pipeline. Your excited about prospecting, identifying potential opportunities and engaging in the sales process.  If you’re hungry, smart, persistent and a great teammate, we want to hear from you!

    WHAT YOU'LL DO 

    • Identify high-potential businesses, create and execute outbound strategies.
    • Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation to qualified meetings.
    • Work closely with our Marketing team to manage inbound leads and nurture existing ones.
    • Source new opportunities from inbound lead generation in both existing and new markets.
    • Conduct lead nurturing through the sales qualification pipeline.
    • Contact current and prospective clients by phone or email to introduce new products, developments, and create sales opportunities
    • Respond to new product inquires providing information professionally and accurately.
    • Build relationships with prospective clients, especially in the case of long sales cycles.
    • Understand the benefits of our platform and clearly communicate to prospective customers.
    • Become a product expert and actively participate in presentations.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • A year or more of proven inside sales experience, preferably at a technology company.
    • Strong English and documentation skills. Professional writing samples a plus. 
    • Strong research & presentation background.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
    • 4-year college degree in communications, marketing, sales, or business.
    • Self-starter used to working with a scrappy team in a dynamic environment.
