    Talent Acquisition Manager Woodland Hills, CA

    The role of the Talent Acquisition Manager is to drive, execute and deliver on CNM’s recruiting strategy and full-cycle recruiting efforts including, closing candidates, managing internal and external partnerships, and logistics support.  Your mandate will also include driving process change to improve key productivity metrics, adding automation and scale, and developing new strategies to attract top talent.

    The Talent Acquisition Manager is charged with managing the internal recruiting team and partnering with hiring managers to ascertain specific hiring needs and identifying the most appropriate recruiting method(s) to attract the highest-quality candidates for open positions.

    Education

    • Bachelors degree required

    Experience: 

    • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated recruiting experience preferred
    • Ideal candidate will have both agency and in-house recruiting experience
    • Prior experience working within a middle market and/or large public accounting firm, or agency preferred
    • Prior experience working within a professionals services environment (accounting and finance) preferred
    • Prior experience managing and mentoring teams
    • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems 

    Travel Requirements:

    Ad-hoc travel to our Irvine office will be required as needed.
