Title: Oracle HRMS
Duration: 6 Months
Location: San Francisco, CA
JOB DESCRIPTION
• 7+ Years of experience in Oracle HRMS (core HR, SSHR, OAB, fusion Compensation) and Oracle Payroll.
• Techno-Functional Consultant with solid understanding of various functional setups, API's,
Interfaces with 3rd party software.
• Should have good experience in creating/updating benefits program/plan setups, life events,
fast formulas, security profiles.
• Strong experience with Oracle forms, reports, XML publisher, Oracle Workflow builder, SQL, Pl/SQL, shell scripts.
• Should have experience with Oracle API's.
• Ability to build ADHOC reports.
• Should have experience with AOL objects.
• Experience with forms and self-service personalization.
• Ability to debug production issues and resolve it quickly with permanent fixes.
• Experience in TALEO is a nice to have.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Should be a team player and able to work with offshore resources.
• Ability to work well with IT and business users.
• Partner with production support team to resolve user issues.
• Perform fit/gap assessments and providing solution options with impact assessments.
• Identify areas for business process improvement and efficiencies; make recommendations
to improve existing processes or system functionality.
