Job Description:

Technical (Varicent)

• Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM tool - Composer, Web Reports, Web forms, Configure, Workflow, Schedule modules

• Application Maintenance and Development support of the project.

• Co-ordinate with offshore team, analyze incidents, defects.

• Support business queries and other adhoc reports or extract.

• Release support - Technical Specifications, Test cases, build, test support and deployments.

Analysis and Design

• Review documented compensation plan components and associated definition and develop plan

• Design system architecture, data model, information flow, input and output configuration and reporting templates

• Identify table needs and design

• Staging tables

• Payee

• Plan setting

• Structural tables

• Commission tables

• Adjustment tables

• Calculation views

• Payout tables

• Evaluate interface points/design

Build and Unit Test

• Look up tables / Reg tables

• Payee structure
