Must Have -

Front End development (8+ years)

Angular (3+ years)

Node (2+ years)

Polymer (2+ years)

React (2+ years)

Javascript (5+ years)

JEE Architecture (5+ years)

- Minimum 8 years of front-end design and development experience

- Strong hands-on experience with various JavaScript frameworks - Angular (3+ years), Node (2+ years), Polymer (2+ years) and React (2+ years)

- Advanced skills with HTML5/CSS3. Hands-on experience with modular CSS frameworks like Bootstrap

- Libraries (Underscore, jQuery, etc)

- Strong hands on experience with JEE Architecture, Restful Webservices

- Strong knowledge on Cross-browser compatibility

- Performance optimization

- Hands on knowledge of various architectural and design concepts including Single Page Applications, Modular Web Applications

- Experience with designing and building large scale web clients

- Effectively communicates complex ideas clearly and be able to discuss the design decisions with the stakeholders
