Lattimore Cleaning Company LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team in Elkridge, MD. Responsibilities:

Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to maintain a clean environment

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed

Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures

Dust and wipe down furniture, desks, windowsills, and other surfaces

Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper

Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Requirements:

Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred

Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and sanitation standards

Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods

Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed

Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites a plus
