SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative role is responsible for being the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquires to connectRN. This role will be responsible for tending to our customers various needs and offering outstanding customer service. This is a full time, in-office position. This position is 1st shift, 8am-4pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Receives and responds to customer complaints.
• Directs phone calls by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Maintains telecommunication system with the supervision of the Scheduling Manager.
• Contributes to scheduling team effort by aiding in other tasks as needed, such as calling nurses to fill shifts or touching base with facilities regarding their staffing needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree required, degree in Business Management or related fields preferred.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred, preferably in a receptionist role.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills. 

• Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills.
