WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR: 

An exciting opportunity to join an 18 bed multidisciplinary ICU unit at major hospital in Boston as a per diem nurse.

HOW YOU'LL HELP US:

1. Provide competent, compassionate patient- and family-centered nursing care based on scientific principles and the use of the nursing process and interdisciplinary teamwork.

2. Collaborate with other professionals and directs support staff and nonprofessional nursing personnel in maintaining recognized standards.

HOW WE KNOW YOU'RE A GOOD FIT:

• Have BSN strongly preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN License required.
• Minimum 2 Years recent Acute care RN experience.
• Intermediate/progressive/stepdown RN experience strongly preferred.
• Medical/Surgical ICU experience Required.
• Academic Hospital experience preferred.
• C V V H experience and CCRN certification strongly preferred.
• Day/Night rotation, Including weekends and holidays required.
• 12 hour shifts.
• New graduate RN's will not be considered.
