About the Role:

Birdsboro Lodge is looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join their team in Birdsboro, PA! Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times

Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering and stocking supplies as needed

Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service

Assist with menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements

Ensure portion control and minimize food waste

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar food service role preferred

Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Food handler's certification or ServSafe certification is a plus
