About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at S-THREE RESTAURANT LLC as a Cook, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Located in Birmingham, MI, we pride ourselves on our innovative menu and commitment to quality ingredients.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assist in menu planning and recipe development with the culinary team.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.

Maintain a positive and productive work environment within the kitchen.

Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Food safety certification is a plus.
