    Overview

    The Strategic Initiatives team is constituted of dedicated and in-market resources focused on exploring and transforming ideas into market-ready solutions with two interconnected and bold ambitions: (1) Deliver on what clients consider missing pieces of our offering in order to drive more revenue and win more clients; and (2) Provide in-market support to internal teams to facilitate strategic thinking around product innovation, partnerships and corporate development.

    The Project Manager on the Strategic Initiatives team is a key player in transforming Criteo’s strategic vision to actionable results within America’s S&O organization. The role requires the individual to work across the organization to evaluate new ideas, business opportunities, and partnerships while generating internal support, creating and executing on project plans, and coordinating operations with shared technical engineering resources. The person occupying this position will need to be a visionary with an exceptionally broad view of every aspect of Criteo’s business across Display, Sponsored Products, and Search, an interest for how things work technically and commercially, and great influencer and presentation skills.

    What will you be doing?

    • Partner with local and global S&O, Product, Business Partnerships. & Corporate Development leadership to identify, propose, and evaluate key investment areas for Criteo.
    • Gather in-market feedback from key clients, partners, and local teams in order to identify opportunities and gaps in the Criteo offering that will be explored by the Strategic Initiatives team.
    • Proactively research key innovation areas, emerging technologies, and market trends in order to identify new areas of interest for Criteo and our clients.
    • Create and synthesize business requirements, technical specifications, opportunity sizing, and other documentation necessary to build actionable business cases that support new developments within Product and R&D teams.
    • Initiate, drive, and manage key Strategic Initiatives projects, including coordinating stakeholders, tasks, milestones and schedules.
    • Participate in sales, account management, and business development efforts related to key Strategic Initiatives projects where necessary.

    What do we NEED?

    • 3+ years of experience in a consulting, business development, account management, product, or a similar role within the digital media ecosystem
    • Action oriented, independent worker with the ability to drive organization wide solutions with minimal supervision
    • Strong inter-personal, communication and influencer skills that allows the individual to manage external relationships with partners and clients as well as with key internal stakeholders, leadership groups, and cross-functional teams
    • Experience managing cross-functional projects
    • Problem solving and analysis skills with ability to solve business problems, individually or in a group setting
    • The ability to present results to both technical and non-technical audience
