    Overview

    What will you be doing?

    • Create and drive customized HR strategy aimed at driving business priorities
    • Drive business line Talent Strategy (performance, development, talent identification and pipelining)
    • Coach and develop a high performing business line leadership team
    • Partner with Total Rewards Centre of Excellence on compensation and retention strategies aligned to business priorities; execute on compensation and retention processes
    • Consulting executive leadership on organizational design decisions determined to drive business success
    • Drive strategy and partner with local HR on implementation of organizational transformation initiatives

    What do we NEED?

    • 8-10 years HR generalist experience
    • 5 years as an HR Business Partner supporting global business lines
    • Experience collaborating in a matrixed HR environment with local HR generalists and global Centers of Excellence
    • Sound HR expertise in all generalist areas (Talent, Employee Relations, Engagement, Rewards)
