    Role Overview

    We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Workplace Experience – Americas West to join our Workplace team.

    Reporting directly to the Director of Workplace Experience, Americas, the overall operation, safety and complete Workplace Experience of our Palo Alto, San Francisco and Los Angeles offices will rest squarely on your shoulders. You'll be responsible for maintaining the structure and fabric of the workplace, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and security while delivering a comprehensive and holistic Workplace Experience that will position Criteo as a top innovator among peers in the technology sector.  You and  your team will not only be responsible for making the corporate mission and ethos tangible for employees and visitors but you’ll also act as key strategic partners in the attraction and retention of the top talent in the sector.

    What will you be doing?

    This is an operational role defined to oversee the delivery of all services ensuring the highest standards of workplace experience for all staff.

    The primary focus of the role will be to lead the provision of Workplace support services and programs for the Palo Alto, San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. This includes, but is not limited to, customer service delivery management, client relationship management, budget management and vendor management.

    The role will necessitate close collaboration with members of staff at all levels, external contractors, suppliers and members of the general public.

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Ensure an understanding of client requirements, delivering solutions in keeping with the Workplace ethos.
    • Act as a point of contact for local Workplace Managers and customers, including regular meetings with key stakeholders.
    • Monitor client perception and satisfaction ensuring we are exceeding expectations.
    • Work with local teams to continually review and improve the experience delivered to Criteos.
    • Lead the design, coordination and implementation of both internal and external events.
    • Work with Procurement team to manage vendor relationships and seek out superior vendor options that are “on-brand” while ensuring competitive pricing.
    • Support the effective management of budgets and forecast within all locations.
    • Support the Director of Workplace with expansion projects, relocations and the delivery of new projects as required.
    • Manage the professional development of direct reports to ensure positive team morale, continually evolve team skills and maintain top perception with internal and external clients.
    • Ensure an effective communication process is established and maintained across all locations under supervision.
    • Manage day-to-day operations of any direct reports.
    • Oversee performance of direct reports ensuring they have the tools available to effectively deliver.
    • Develop training plans to challenge and expand the skill set of your team.
    • Inspire engagement and strengthen morale by leading the team with grace, humor and grit

    • Resilient when working under pressure with a team player attitude.
    • Willing to learn new systems and procedures.
    • A proactive and natural problem solver.
    • 5 years of experience within a Workplace / Hospitality /Agency environment where the focus has been on exceeding expectations through service delivery.
    • Ability to deliver excellent client service.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the business, including C-Level stakeholders.
    • Experience in people management both locally and remotely is essential.
    • Must have experience in managing multiple offices.
