    Overview

    The Technical Solutions Associate will be responsible for helping to qualify, integrate and maintain accounts for some of the largest marketers in the world. This role requires daily coordination with Criteo’s sales, account management, product, engineering and creative teams.

    The ideal candidate is a quick and autonomous learner who will develop expertise in the capabilities of Criteo's best-in-class technology. They will have the ability to guide a technical integration, display excellent communication and project management skills, and think creatively to solve client challenges.

    What will you be doing? 

    • Maintain a deep technical understanding of the Criteo platform
    • Coordinate on major client integrations to drive revenue
    • Solve client problems using a variety of analytical and technical tools
    • Develop innovative solutions, troubleshoot client-side code, query databases and analyze results
    • Drive product development by presenting client feedback to product teams and creating short-term workarounds
    • Evangelize new products, and assist clients in the adoption of these features to ensure their long-term success

    What do we NEED?

    • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
    • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and SQL
    • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting front-end issues and network requests
    • Excellent written and verbal skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand
    • Hard-working, team-oriented, creative, cooperative, possessing careful judgment and exceptional problem solving skills
    • Works well in a close-knit team, instinctively shares product insights and documents new information
    • BA / BS degree in Computer Science, or equivalent technical ability
