    What will you be doing?

    • Drive consistent delivery of world class People Experience (PE) service and manage quality standards for Criteo in the Americas, covering a group of >1000 employees across multiple locations in the US and Brazil.
    • This is a supervising and coaching role, working with a small team of PE Advisors across the region
    • Act and be perceived as regional specialist re: policies, benefits, processes and procedures
    • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for region
    • Ensure all Criteo policies applicable to the region are up to date and in line with local legal requirements, working closely with (Senior) PE Managers in the team who will own the content of the policies and will act as a specialists in this area.
    • Manage international mobility process (including visa/immigration requirements) and provide employees with a high-level service experience throughout every stage of the relocation process.
    • Support PE colleagues with the roll out of company-wide programs to the teams in their remit, including those related to Compensation & Benefits, Reward and Recognition, Engagement, Diversity, Talent Management, Learning and Development and Performance Management.
    • Provide leaders with guidance on standard employee relations issues, for example related to performance, time and attendance, leave etc
    • Manage the preparing and issuing of all relevant documentation using standard templates, to support all People related processes.
    • Ensuring all data is accurate and up to date at all times for the entire region.
    • Go-to person for Regional Director PE and Global Program Manager PE.
    • Provide support to Regional Director PE Americas and (Senior) PE Managers during more complex and/or large scale change projects.
    • Coordinate activities across the regional team of PE Advisors where needed.
    • Drive consistency and efficiencies for core People related processes
    • Report to Regional PE Lead with dotted line to Global Program Manager PE.

     

    What do we NEED?

    • Minimum of 4-5 years of human resources operations experience
    • Has a solid foundation and knowledge of employment law across the US; State specific knowledge for CA and NY a plus
    • International Mobility experience a plus
    • Demonstrated success managing competing priorities
    • Ability to balance highly detailed projects with long-term strategic implications.
    • Demonstrated experience acting with integrity and prudence.
    • Strong self and social awareness, with an understanding of how the work we do (and the way we do it) impacts organizational culture, morale and performance.
    • Strong writing and speaking skills. You are clear and impactful, responsive and act urgently on behalf of our stakeholders.
    • Although the role does not include a responsibility for payroll some affinity and experience with payroll is a plus
    • Advanced level experience of working with HR systems, experience with Workday is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills – solid experience working with Excel
