We are seeking a Customer Service expert to join our team evenings and weekends!
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and completing changes requested on their existing bookings. Cruisesit.com a Division of CruiseOne is currently looking for an energetic, and dynamic customer service representative with open availability for a fast-paced travel agency specializing in cruise sales.
Cruisesit.com customer service agents help individuals that are currently booked with our agency.
They assist with payments, general inquiries, data entry, and support for the travel agents as well as management.
We are looking for a multitasker ready to jump in the fast paced and exciting environment that is the cruise industry with outstanding customer service and analytical skills, experience in the travel and tourism industry as well as the ability to problem solve with ease.
This is a work from home position RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for individuals with good typing and customer service skills. All customer services are provided to our customers over telephone or email. No sales calls. The positions are available for work from home, between the business hours of M-F 9am-9pm est and on the weekends 9am-7pm. EST
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 hour shift
