Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems

Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product/service recommendations

Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics

Requirements:

1+ years of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude

High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus

Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
