We are seeking an energetic and experienced Teacher to join our team! As a Teacher, you will lead a class of students through a successful school year, creating and implementing a comprehensive educational curriculum. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching!

Responsibilities:

Plan a classroom curriculum that meets childcare standards

Teachers must complete Bright from the Start training requirements.

Prepare any necessary learning materials,

First Aid CPR

Must be able to pass background check (criminal History

Must be 18 years or older

Must have TCC certification or CDA (Child Development Associate Credential.

Collaborate with other teachers and school personnel to create a healthy and safe learning environment

Report and document behavioral incidents

Health & safety training (often provided by the state

Qualifications:

CDA or higher and state teaching certification

Previous experience teaching

Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
