About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality dental care and treatment to patients of all ages

Perform routine dental examinations, cleanings, and preventive care

Diagnose and treat oral health conditions including cavities, gum disease, and more

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and treatment plans

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and HIPAA standards

Requirements:

Valid dental license or relevant dental certification in the state of Massachusetts

Prior experience in a dental office or clinical setting preferred

Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and best practices

Excellent chairside manner and patient communication skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficiency with dental software and digital charting systems

Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
