    Job Description

    The Vice President, Human Resources develops and delivers the people aspects of the business plan for the entity you support. You will provide strategic planning and direction; executive coaching; act as a key liaison on all HR processes and respond to employee emergencies. The VP, HR also champions change programs and focuses on organizational effectiveness for the entity. You will be viewed as one of the very most trusted business advisors to the Leader of the entity. You will need to be comfortable working with and challenging C level executives. This role reports to the Media Service Line HR Lead, US & Americas.

    •  Be a senior level executive and business partner, within the assigned entity, to achieve people outcomes that are aligned with our strategy and drive value for the company; Identify new business strategies and adjust HR strategies to respond to changing needs of the business
    • Provide a single point of contact around important HR processes (hiring, integration, onboarding, training, scheduling and deployment, rewards, performance management and promotion) for the leaders of the entity; is not necessarily a deliverer of those processes – but may get involved in some of the delivery
    • Help determine and implement appropriate HR programs to grow the entity according to the talent strategy & people aspects of our strategy – typically with a strong focus on skill needs and development
    • Coach leaders within the entity, to help them achieve their potential; help develop the next generation of leaders
    • Be a 'caretaker' of engagement for the people of the entity. Develop programs to address engagement and employee value proposition issues
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
    • Experience working with an acquisition or working within integration
    • 3+ years experience as an HR business partner
    • Excellent people management skills
    • Experience with HR metrics
    • Knowledge of labor legislation
    • Experience with all HR functions and best practices
