Job Description
The VP, Paid Search serves as the senior leader of a designated client portfolio (or large, key account) within the Paid Search scaled service line. While the VP, Paid Search may not have direct staffing allocation on all the client accounts within their assigned portfolio, this senior leader serves as a highly proficient collaborator, motivator and thought leader who leads a team of directors and people managers across our best-in-class search programs.
As a member of the denstu Media Paid Search Leadership team, this is a key role that reports directly to the SVP, Head of Paid Search and requires active involvement in shaping & influencing the broader agency US Search offering. The VP, Paid Search is a talented media trailblazer with a proven track record of owning paid search strategy and execution from end-to-end, excels at improving operational efficiencies and team workflow, is skilled at developing team members and is capable of creating positive, meaningful change.
To effectively support the needs of our clients and teams, this leader provides strategic direction and oversight for their assigned portfolio, which includes (but is not limited to): adherence to search fundamentals and best practice, challenging the status quo with innovative & progressive solutions, facilitating collaboration and knowledge-sharing between teams, evangelization of cultural priorities, and coaching & mentoring of next-level leaders. This individual demonstrates assertiveness and a solutions-oriented mindset when facing obstacles or challenges. Above all else, the VP, Paid Search is responsible for fostering a collaborative team-first environment that aligns closely with our core values.

Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $136,000-$219,650. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
