    Job Description

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and Functions teams, coordinate multiple concurrent projects to deliver training initiatives. Collaborate with HR and channel leadership to administer learning and development programs.
    • Create and execute project plans for multiple concurrent projects and revise as appropriate to meet continuously changing needs and requirements. This is an administrative heavy position.
    • Responsible for scheduling webinars for cross-office trainings and specific office needs, including preparing agenda/learning objectives and organizing materials and technology in advance.
    • Utilize denstu University, to set-up and manage courses, record certifications and conduct reporting.
    • Respond to learner needs; ensure that the learning solution is made available or delivered in a timely and effective manner.
    • Collect feedback on training sessions and new hire performance and incorporate into the curriculum. Align functions entity training and development curricula to the employee career framework.
    • Work with certification partners to implement certification initiatives and schedule group training.  Maintain partner certification updates and employee platform certifications 
    • Support the instructional design / curriculum development process by working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), researching, and developing content for use in training materials, manuals, presentations, and exams.
    • Collaborate with Talent Development Operations for new hire onboarding, instructional design support, and to ensure proper compliance.
    • Support dentsu global and regional learning initiatives within function entity. Work with other Talent Development Service Line Partners to collaborate and share learning strategies across dentsu Functions.

    OUTCOMES:

    • All new hires have clear learning path and soft skill/technical curricula that will enable employees to develop the require levels of proficiency in their skillsets to perform the roles with excellence. 
    • Drive engagement with talent development programs within Functions.
    • Maintain training and development initiatives using learning KPIs and evaluate for efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment, on an on-going basis.

    SKILLS: 

    • Practical experience conducting and maintaining new hire onboarding and talent development programs.
    • Comfortable with virtual teams and confident presenting to groups. Ability to deliver training in a workshop or web-based delivery medium. Capable with webinar technology.
    • Strong digital, written and verbal communication; ability to communicate in a well-organized and concise manner both in one-on-one and group settings.
    • Must be proactive, a self-starter with ability to think independently and work autonomously when necessary and a desire to succeed among fellow professionals.
    • Strong ability to meticulously organize and keep projects moving forward. Process driven, with strong project management skills: ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and handle a range of projects simultaneously within a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
    • Understanding of the roles within the organization he/she supports, the role demands, and the competencies required to support those roles. 
    • An enthusiastic and committed attitude, flexible problem-solver, open to participate and promote change within the organization.
    • Know how to setup, report, and manage learning content in the LMS as appropriate.

    KEY EXPERIENCE:

    • 2+ years experience in the learning and development and/or project management experience OR agency industry experience including a large, fast-paced, complex, global company that demonstrates your ability to perform.
    • Partnering, building relationships based on trust, equality, respect and support
    • Proven track record of effective, multi-tasked project management
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is strongly preferred.
    • Advanced computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HRIS and LMS. 
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with ease and control.
