Job Description
The purpose of this role is the effective management of the Absence and Time tracking modules within Workday for Dentsu International's Technology HR Platforms functional team. The team delivers a reliable, scalable, maintainable and highly available application services to the business. The team is accountable for the delivery of services related to Global HR systems, primarily Workday, with this role focused on the delivery of all changes, projects and support associated with Absence and Time tracking.
This functional manager role reports into the HR Tech Platforms Functional Lead. With the autonomy, empowerment and accountability to shape the plans and approach related to the modules in question, the role holder will be accountable for the delivery of Workday and HR Technology projects globally.
This will include engagement with Dentsu business stakeholders and external vendors, maintaining and enhancing the provision of Workday services throughout the delivery life-cycle. They will engage in strategy and future design initiatives to match demand for HRIS Services as the organisation matures and enhances its uptake of application functionality.
The role holder will be responsible for the day to day management of all work associated with Absence and time tracking, ensuring work is accurate and delivered to agreed timescales. Whilst they also bring some applications knowledge and support experience, their core skillset will be around People Technology service management, reporting, and workload prioritisation.
Qualifications
Workday HCM experience, with a focus on Absence.
Security and reporting are also required.
