    Job Description

    We are seeking a candidate with a strong accounting/finance background to lead our US CxM Service Line Controllership team.  The core responsibilities of the Controller are to ensure the financial data shared with key stakeholders is technically accurate, complete, and delivered timely while maintaining a strong control environment through adherence to IFRS and internal policies and procedures. This role will be primarily responsible for the following:

    • Manage the P&L and Balance Sheet close of the US CxM Service Line.
    • Review all Balance Sheet reconciliations via Blackline.
    • Continue the transformation of the Service Line, including the offshoring of Accounts Payable and Accounting activities and the overall centralization of workflows into one Controllership team.
    • Ensure processes and procedures are aligned across the Service Line and to the US market standards.
    • Manage all aspects of the annual Group audit performed by KPMG.
    • Ensure compliance with all JSOX requirements, developing remediation plans when and where applicable for any failures.
    • Integrate business units added to the Service Line via acquisition or corporate re-alignment.
    • Assist Treasury and Tax with all related reporting requirements.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of BS degree in Accounting/Finance.
    • CPA strongly preferred
    • 7 - 12 years of relevant accounting experience.  Big 4, experience preferred but not mandatory.
    • Experience with business transformations and change management preferred, not required.
    • Strong technical accounting knowledge relating, but not limited to, revenue recognition.
    • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills across Finance, Operations and Management within the Service Line and Regional teams.
    • Ability to work autonomously, drive multiple projects simultaneously, and know when to escalate issues or ask for support
    • Well organized, meticulous with detail, and demonstrate an ability to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
    • Advanced competency in Microsoft office, specifically Excel
    • Experience with Dynamics 365, Blackline, Nexelus, Concur, Bellin and BPC an advantage, not required
    • Knowledge of the Marketing Communications / Advertising Industry an advantage, not required

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $113,000-$174,500. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
