    Job Description

    We are seeking a Product Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive brand awareness and growth among B2B clients, prospects and external influencers by defining and delivering omni-channel campaigns for our innovative Solutions team. Leveraging your broad knowledge of the marketing landscape, you’ll set the strategy for reaching new B2B audiences through digital platforms, sponsored content, performance marketing, social media, experiential, CRM activation, content marketing and more. Working across a highly collaborative and cross-functional team – content, channels, media and analytics – you’ll help us tell the inspiring story of our industry-leading solutions, including commerce, health, sports and entertainment and more.

     

    Our ideal candidate will bring an understanding of product and solutions marketing, manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and most importantly, create brand-defining moments that drive results.

     

    In this role, you’ll:

    • Help define, drive, and execute go-to-market plans, collaborating closely with solutions, partnerships, strategy, client development and other cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and solutions growth.
    • Support our Head of Content on the development of core positioning and messaging for solutions, enable the seamless delivery of key marketing assets while also spearheading campaign management and execution across all platforms.
    • Partner closely with marketing effectiveness, lead management, internal communications, paid-owned-earned media teams and content teams on the development and execution of 360-degree campaigns.
    • Utilize and interpret research and audience insights to develop the campaign marketing strategy and value proposition.
    • Manage product launch go-to-market risk evaluation and mitigation process.
    • Orchestrate multiple internal and external resources, vendors, agencies and freelancers in the development of assets and campaign activations.
    • Establish launch KPIs, optimize campaigns based on data and performance, report on metrics and lean into marketing effectiveness objectives.
    • Be a key thought-leader in creating new approaches to brand marketing campaigns.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • B.A. in Marketing and Communications
    • 7+ years of experience, preferably on a product or solutions marketing team leading integrated campaigns
    • A passion for developing creative marketing approaches and executing campaigns from a unique position in the market
    • Master storyteller with a proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
    • Advanced visual storytelling skills using PowerPoint, and Apple Keynote
    • Proven creative thinker who can generate and execute on innovative "breakout" marketing ideas
    • Best-in-class communication skills and ability to confidently present ideas to an executive audience
    • True understanding of B2B audiences and needs for service buyers and leaders
    • Ability to set broad strategies and manage execution of their pieces on time, on budget and in alignment with diverse stakeholders
    • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively and independently
    • An ability to collect and synthesize data to support decision making. Ability to spot and communicate patterns and trends and translate them into strategies
    • A comfort learning and using new platforms and technologies (e.g. Content Management Systems, Salesforce, Pardot and Google Analytics)
