  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The Associate, Client Services will be a project leader across a wide range of initiatives and day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of our clients. The Associate, Client Services will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed on time, on budget, and within strategy, while managing client expectations for quality and effectiveness.

    • Supports the team by managing daily account needs while learning the agency and client business
    • Executes fundamental financial tasks, ranging from media authorizations to account receivables
    • Demonstrates critical thinking in solving problems and is resourceful in gathering data and addressing issues to contribute to solutions
    • Supports the team by managing daily account needs from task/project management and meeting logistics, to distribution of account-related documentation
    • Tracks and manages day-to-day projects
    • Assists with logistics, presentations, and pitch materials for business growth opportunities
    • Performing the basic operations of an account and supporting financial accountability
    • Learning the basics of account management (conference reports, campaign recaps, scheduling, etc.)
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 0-2 years of experience
    • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
