    Job Description

    STAFFING BRANCH MANAGER - TEMPORARY STAFFING

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Serving the great Southwest United States for over 50 years! We are the #1 largest and oldest Temporary Staffing & Employee Leasing Company in our Region! Come join our success!

    • If you have 5+ years experience in temporary staffing , a high level of creativity, self-motivation, strong leadership skills and have a need to make independent decisions without someone looking over your shoulder, you will love working for our Company!

    • Highly prefer someone from outside of El Paso.  Someone who has worked for an independent (perhaps Mom and Pop operation) that had to get key accounts the hard way....by earning them, not through a national accounts program.  Looking for someone that knows how to compete with the "big boys", but always staying one step ahead through creativity, hard work, personal drive, hiring the right people, and pure determination to be the best of the best;

    • The Branch Manager, Temporary Staffing, is accountable for the overall operation of their branch office, with 75% of the Manager’s time spent on driving top line sales / training / motivating staff to grow to the next level.  

    • The Branch Manager is expected to create and implement a successful marketing and business plan (strategy) to meet and exceed sales, profits and financial targets. Responsibilities also include selecting, training and developing each member of the branch staff and monitoring their performance to ensure that they achieve expected daily production results

    • A demonstrated history of staffing, recruiting, training, supervising and motivating others in the temporary staffing industry is essential. Up-beat, enthusiastic, type-A leadership skills a must.  Must know what make a successful temp service work, how to keep the engine running on all cylinders without meeting a beat.  Unlimited energy level a must. 

    • Must be a hands-on manager that rolls up their sleeves and gets highly involved in the day-to-day activities of his or her office……an out-of-the-box thinker with an ownership mentality.

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Absolutely must have 5-7 years demonstrated / recent track record of success & experience in the temporary staffing industry only with no less than 3-5 years experience in a leadership role. No time to train – NO OTHER EXPERIENCE WILL QUALIFY.

    • Successful Staffing Managers are really "Sales" Managers that know how to drive sales, motivate sales staff, create sales opportunities, open new client accounts, negotiate deals, close deals, keep customers happy, create sales contests among staff, have fun, increase office sales revenue, AND, manage a high volume temporary staffing company at the same time.
