ACCOUNT MANAGER / OUTSIDE SALES REP

You may already work in the Staffing or PEO Industry, or do something entirely different – it doesn’t really matter! We will consider training you in this fast-paced, stimulating world of Temporary Staffing / Employee Leasing if you have 3-5 years of outside BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS sales experience in any field where an assertive “type-A" personality is needed.

• Experience in outside business-to-business sales REQUIRED. Successful experience in cold calling / developing loyal new accounts, selling to business owners, managers and executives of mid-sized to large businesses.

• No job hoppers please. No more than 2 outside sales jobs during the last 5 years,

• Exceptional communication & presentation skills required. Must have stylish, well-groomed professional appearance with charismatic, extremely up-beat / enthusiastic personality.

• Must be highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven. Know how to be invited past the "gate-keeper". Staffing industry or PEO outside sales experience great – but not required. Any kind of "SMALL-TICKET", or intangible service sales experience may qualify.

• Must be willing to become actively involved in local after-hours community / networking groups for on-going business leads / network opportunities.

• Connect with business owners and managers, doctor’s offices and clinics within the El Paso / Las Cruces area. The most important part of your job will be to get in front of multiple prospective business customers daily, and tell them about _dm_Dickason’s unique staffing and Human Resource Outsourcing (PEO) services. Cold calling is required.

• Achieve growth in new and existing customers. Aggressively execute a daily marketing plan, completing multiple scheduled and cold call appointments per day. Follow-up with existing clients to assure that on-going professional services are being consistently provided by inside operations team.

• Apply a proven sales process – We have been conducting staffing business in this area for over 50 years. Our current team has over 150 years of combined staffing experience. Come grow with the best!

• Earn on-going residual commissions on each account for as long as they continue to be payroll active - We have some accounts that have been with us for over 13 years!.
