About the Role:

ALL STAR SCHOOLS LLC is looking for a passionate and patient Driving School Instructor to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping new drivers build the confidence and skills they need to stay safe on the road.

Responsibilities:

Provide behind-the-wheel driving instruction to students of varying skill levels

Conduct in-car lessons covering defensive driving techniques, traffic laws, and road safety

Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve driving performance

Maintain accurate student records, lesson logs, and progress reports

Ensure the safety of students during all driving sessions

Prepare students for the DMV driving test and licensing requirements

Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the training vehicle is safe and road-ready

Requirements:

Valid California Driving School Instructor License (or ability to obtain one)

Clean driving record with no major violations

Strong knowledge of California DMV rules, traffic laws, and road safety standards

Patient, calm, and encouraging demeanor with students of all ages

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent required

Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
