About the Role:

VNL ARF LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks

Implement individualized program plans (IPPs) and support goals set by the care team

Transport and accompany clients to appointments, community activities, and outings

Document daily progress notes, incident reports, and behavioral observations accurately

Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed

Foster independence, dignity, and community inclusion for all clients

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or a related field preferred

Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and TB test

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
