Required Qualifications:
- Experience with VMware/Hyper V, CISCO, Light Linux and Telecom
- Solid understanding of the administration of network operating systems and services found in a client environment
- Superior communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time/task management skills
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and remote help desk services to clients
- Providing remote monitoring of client equipment by means of remote management software
- Reviewing current systems and make technical/process recommendations for improving efficiency
- Performing remote server health checks, check backup logs, test restore, check event logs and drive space
- Installing security patches and service packs
- Maintaining client documentation
- Monitoring the Autotask board and respond to alerts that are generated through our RMM tool by providing technical troubleshooting and remediation
- Proactively monitoring event logs and drive space on client servers
- Maintaining client documentation to include but not limited to AV and back-up configuration
- Performing reviews on client’s equipment to include back-ups and firewalls
- Accurately maintaining documentation and comply with service administrative procedures on a timely basis to include time entry
- Onsite and remote technical support for customers in a Windows XP, 7, 2003, and 2008/2012/2016/2019 workstations/servers environment.
- Understanding of VOIP phone systems
- Office 365 products, and migrations

- PC hardware/software
- Local Area Networks
