Looking for a Lead Automation Engineer that can guide QA in an Agile environment with both automation and manual testing. This position will work directly with TestComplete, a functional automated testing platform developed by SmartBear Software. 

• This position will work with test cases, test scripts, and SQL. 
• Work with both automated and manual testing, while increasing the amount of automation testing in the environment.
• Will test, debug, report, and suggest detailed refinements for internal and external customer-facing systems.
• Software QA Testers are expected to demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
• Comprehension and understanding of requirements for testing.
• Ability to have strong attention to detail to be able to accomplish a wide variety of tasks.
• Understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM.
