Looking to add a Communications Specialist that is an experienced writer for a variety of media.
The Communications Specialist will be writing/editing for the following deliverables:
- marketing and corporate communications for both print and digital format
- long and short-form educational and promotional articles
- promotional campaigns
- advertising efforts (headlines/copy/scripts for ads/radio/video)
- internal collateral and communications
- content for corporate and subsidiary websites
- press releases
Copywriter Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, research, write, and edit copy for print, digital, video projects, publications, direct mail, press, letters, brochures, broadcast, website, and retail locations 70%
- Work within CMS to make updates/changes to corporate and subsidiary websites 15%
- Work with stakeholders to write and edit internal communications, web content, and public relations (part of 70%)
- Maintain consistent brand identity and voice (part of 70%)
- Schedule workflow and manage the routing of assigned projects from beginning through
- Understands SEO best practices and principles (part of 70%)
- Write annual report and applicable individual officer reports (part of 70%)
Skills + Experience:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising
- 3+ years of experience in the Communications field
- Financial services writing experience is preferred
