Looking for a Software Developer who has a proven track record of conducting analysis, design, and development for several business-facing applications and relational databases. The candidate will work closely with other software developers to provide feedback and domain knowledge. We are looking for a true team player that wants to make a long-term commitment to this close-knit team.

The position’s responsibilities will consist of ongoing projects to include forecasting, financial modeling, analytics, and reporting.

 The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in writing C#, .Net Windows applications and T-SQL
• Two to six years of professional experience writing object-oriented software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to user-requested changes quickly in an agile type of fashion
• Time management and organizational skills
• Maintain a common approach for building robust applications which are easy to understand, change and test
• Ability to troubleshoot user issues based off of feedback
• Knowledge of source control with a preference of TFS
• Experience with development and design of relational databases
• Preferred experience of the insurance, actuarial, or other financial related industry
• Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Access and VBA
• BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field
