The right person will have the ability to mold the direction of processes and work directly with internal development teams. This role will focus on gathering information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends. Once data has been gathered and interpreted, the Data Engineer will report what has been found and will work to explore options to correct issues and then document those issues so the team can develop fixes for them within the systems. 

Responsibilities:

Make recommendations about the methods and ways in which a company obtains and analyzes data to improve quality and the efficiency of the data systems.

• Collecting and interpreting data

• Work alongside development teams, business, or the management team to establish business needs
• Defining new data collection and analysis processes
