E-Components is a South East Manufactures Representative looking for a highly motivated and Energetic sales professional to manage accounts in Maryland, Virginia and DC. Candidate must be able to seek out, identify, and pursue new market opportunities and support existing customers by identifying the proper technical solutions for their design requirements - providing technical product information and design assistance.
Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
Responsibilities
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Create and implement an effective sales strategy
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in outside sales
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
Engineering/Technical Background is important
