WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are currently recruiting QA ENGINEERS who will work in a team responsible for teaching an AI how to answer questions in many languages. We are a deeply diverse and passionate group dedicated to bringing the future of intelligent assistants to the world. We are looking for highly motivated candidates with expertise in international languages to join our team. Languages we're looking for:
RESPONSIBILITIES: -Monitoring and improve the quality of the international aspects of AI knowledge.
Interacting with the data team and engineers to uncover issues and evaluate data quality.
Investigating and debug issues and implement simple fixes. KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Language skills equivalent to first language
Extensive and current cultural awareness of the target locale.
ONE YEAR GRAY BOX OR WHITE BOX TESTING EXPERIENCE, OR 5+ YEARS OF BLACK BOX TESTING.
Experience investigating and/or debugging problems
Able to track, analyze, and report issues in a timely manner
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, while delivering work on schedule.
Highly organized and efficient
Flexibility to respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
Excellent oral and written communication in English
EDUCATION: BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Familiarity with iOS or macOS. Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
