TEMPORARY: W2VHE (Variable Hour Employee) Project Administrator/Coordinator
PROJECT DURATION: ASAP thru TBD
WORK DAYS: Monday thru Friday
HOURS: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (25 - 30 hours per week)
LOCATION: Kennesaw, GA 30144 (In-Office)
Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager or designee, this position will be responsible for assisting Project Managers with daily communication, data base management, and customer escalations. Will assist and supervise performance of the project processes and all daily activities under Project Manager(s) or designee supervision. This person will work closely with the project staff.
NOTE: Work at this entry, or trainee, level provides the opportunity to refine the basic skills gained through education, and acquire additional skills through experience in order to qualify for advancement to the intermediate level. Work assigned to employees at this level may be confined to activities that, based on supervisory assessment, are appropriate for training purposes. Project assignments will tend to be of narrower focus and smaller scale.

KNOWLEDGE OF: Principles, practices, and methods of IT Projects. Working knowledge of database programs is preferred.
SKILL AT: Planning, coordinating, and managing field installation projects, assisting in problem solving, etc. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Intermediate level PC technical skills required. Good communications skills required. It is essential for employee to have the ability to work independently with guidance to prioritize and complete tasks as per defined deadlines. Attention to detail a must. Strong interpersonal skills essential.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment, but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels from high-speed computer printers and other peripherals. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for four or more hours daily. Occasionally may work evenings, weekends, and/or other than normal work hours as necessary. May travel locally when needed for project related site visits or pilots.
REQUIRED: Must be willing to go through a criminal background check and drug screening.
