eCare Vault is looking for a Strategic Operations rockstar for various positions to support the CEO on strategic operations priorities that span BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCT MARKETING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT. 

We are hiring at various levels, based on experience. 

You will:

• Work closely with the CEO on key strategic priorities and to operationalize them
• Build powerful and effective business development and corporate presentations 
• Support product marketing with effective communication materials to key stakeholders
• Develop pricing/financial models and upsell incentives to grow the book of business
• Ensure deals get closed and set up with the right resources to ensure customer success
• Oversee key client projects and pull in relevant resources for thought leadership
• Organize and prioritize business processes, with input from C Suite and Board
• Keep prospects, clients and investors effectively engaged and delighted

You have:

• Cross-functional Strategy Operations experience supporting the C-suite
• Public sector experience, especially in Education, Public Health and Safety
• Prior experience with SaaS solutions; Microsoft/ partner ecosystem is a strong plus
• At least 3 years of experience working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with privacy-compliant regulations, such as HIPAA, FERPA and CJIS

COMPENSATION: Salary and title commensurate with experience and competitive with other start-up environments.  Includes attractive equity upside and health benefits.
