    Job Description

    We have several open positions for Call Center agents in Fayetteville. If you are willing to answer calls from customers and resolve their queries, this job could be suitable for you. The Call Center Agent may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

    Production pay (applicable post successful training completion) would be $13.25/hour as long as you complete your 40-hour weekly production schedule! (If you are not able to complete 40 hours’ schedule, you will still get paid at $12.25/hour).
